eviction

my deceased brother-in-law's girlfriend refruses to leave the family home so that I can rent it what are my options. she has never paid rent so is it necessary to evict her? or can I just have the constable to serve her to get out,please help

It is necessary to evict her. Then, if she fails to leave, the constable will follow procedures (at your request) to remove her.
