Eviction after trustree foreclosure sale

I purchased a single family home at the harris county trustree auction in Houston ,Texas. The former owner is still living in the house. How can I get a copy of the 3 day notice to quit to send it to the person living in the property so I can start the eviction procedure?

Go to your local justice of the peace's office (near the property) and they should provide full instructions on the eviction process. Also, check and see if there is a website. Good luck.
