Evictions

We allowed a person to stay in our condo for a few days, but after staying there for a month, we told him to move out. However, he has continued to stay there even after we changed the lock on him. What would we have to do to get him out of the condo and to never come back?

You can evict. Forms and procedures are available at the local justice of the peace office.
