Sis& I were applying 2 mk a busi 2gether w/prop that we purch from my dad yrs ago(I pd him & she ''pd''the taxes that were delinq) which were still deliquen & recently transferred to our names. We were not appr by sev banks til a banker said he would see which of the 2 families would qualify. My husband and I qualified&While waiting 4 approval, my sis & I had a big falling out. I wanted to separate the properties and she did not & offered me 10,000 for my 2 lots. Once the approval came in she convinced me to reconcile w/her. My husband did not trust her and did not want 2sign for the loan, cause we'd be responsible & not her. So, she agreed that she would purchase the adj prop for parking& nto the busi corp. which would eventually by the prop &pay the loans. She was to pay 1/2 of all costs. She has not pd &was stringing me along on buying the prop and getting a loan on her prop. to pay She wanted 4 us 2 sign the corp. papers w/out her bringing anything but the 2 lots delinq in taxes which were paid w/our loan. She then went 2a lawyer & wanted us 2sign the prop back 2her.While this is going on I come to find out that she never pd any of the delin tax 2 purch from dad. She is claiming fraud& wnt .5 of building constructed

This is too messy. You should call a lawyer and get the issue to mediation.
