How do I get an ex-girlfriend off my home title?

My grandfather bought me a mobile home in 1994 and put the title in my name and my then-girlfriend's name as well. We thought we would get married. We didn't. She has not lived in my home since 1995. My wife and I want to have her removed from the title. How do we do this?

She needs to convey her interest to you. You cannot arbitrarily have her name removed. You can email me if you need further assistance.
