Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

failure to pay installment for owner financed sale of home

I sold a home Jan '08, financing the sale myself. Used a notary to draw up papers stipulating buyer would pay down payment, insurance, taxes in addition to monthly payment. Buyer did not pay down, ins nor taxes, has been very late with monthly payments and is two months in arrears. Do I have the right to ask them to vacate my house? If so, where can I find legal papers in Spanish to give them? Or, would it be best to consult an attorney in person?

Hire a lawyer. There's no telling what forms you used in the beginning, or whether or not such forms were sufficient to protect your interest in the house. Under normal circumstances, you can accelerate the note (make it all due now) and then give notice of foreclosure.
