my family has 40 acres of land that is land locked now due a new owner. my father and the last owner both deceased now had an agreement from yrs ago that we could use the land and have free access to our 40 acres that is in the back of the place. we have been going through the front which is our 40 acres thru the new owners property to our back 40 acres for over 50 yrs. the new owner has access to her property from another spot but we dont to our back 40 acres. she has locked us out and we have no access to reach our land. what is the law for this and can she do that?

Contact a real estate attorney. You may have acquired permanent access through your continuous use. It will take a lawsuit to perfect the easement.
