Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

the father of my child and i purchased a home together 5 years ago. The relationship is ending and i plan to move out. He pays the monthly mortgage on the home. Can he sell the home or keep me from entering the home after I leave.

It sounds like a common law marriage...and even if not, a child is involved, so family law court controls who gets the child..who the property..etc...don't act hastily, see a lawwyer and explain it all.
