Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
My father is deceased and he remarried his widower is going to move out of state where her children lives. What should happen if my brother or me would like to own our family home that we grew up in? Or should we sell the first my step mom gets 50% and 25% to me and my brother?

I don't have enough information to answer your question. Did your father have a will? Was the home purchased before the second marriage? Is the widow in agreement with your keeping the house?
