Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My father died and the title to the house is in the sons's names. His widow is living there, we want to sell the house, how can we do this with the widow living there?

you cannot unless she agrees...IF the house belonged to the father...but as presented the house belonged to the sons....
