property line fence has been up for over 12 years and now neighbor came out and put pole in my drive way just to cause problems for me entering my property

You have probably acquired the property by adverse possession. You need to immediately contact an attorney to obtain a restraining order against your neighbor (regarding the removal of the post) and to perfect your title to the land up to the fenceline. If adverse possession is not available, it is possible you have acquired an easement for your driveway.
