Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I filed a noise complaint with the apartment landlord and he told me if I did not like the noise that I should move. The next door neighbors are loud. I filed another noise complaint against the same neighbors, this time with the police. The landlord was furious that I filed the complaint and now he is threatening to evict me for complaining. Does he have just cause for an eviction?

No. You are entitled to quiet enjoyment of your property, however, I would record the noise if he tries to evict. Be sure you pay your rent on time.
