Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I am trying to find a form for residential lease agreement with option to purchase. However, TEXAS is not one of the options when it ask to select your state. Can you help?

The reason is that Texas has essentially outlawed lease-purchase agreements. When a tenant wants to purchase, they should have 2 separate transactions. A lease and a purchase. Each should be addressed under separate agreements.
