forclosure on credit report

i am buying my home through the mobil home park owner with them as the mortgage co. credit check shows i have a 24,000 forclosure against me. i live in the home now and have for three years. what steps do i take to find out why this is on my credit.

Call the mobile home park owner and ask. In the meantime, check the public records and make sure you are still the owner of the mobile home.
