Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

How do I foreclose on a first trust deed on a commercial property?

I have inherited a first trust deed on a commercial property that the title holder has defaulted on numerous times, according to the terms of the note. This is in Texas, and there are four eaqual heirs/owners of the note. Three want to foreclose, one does not, does majority rule in Texas?

Kind of. You can foreclose on your undivided 3/4 interest of the note. It is a little unusual, but in reality will probably cause the entire note to become repaid - one way or the other. You will need an attorney to assist you.
