Foreclosure and deed of trust
My wife is not on the title but is on the deed of trust. If I were to foreclose, is my wife also affected as far is credit is concerned?

If she is not on the note, probably not. She probably signed pro forma to perfect the lien and protect the lender against any homestead claim she may otherwise have.
