Foreclosure After The Fact

My home was foreclosed at auction on February 3, 2009 in Houston, TX. According to local tax records the sale price was about $65,000 more than the mortgage balance. Am I entitled to any of this excess?

Yes. Contact a trustee to claim the excess proceeds.
