I own 3 houses in Texas which may be
foreclosed. can i get rid of the deficiency
judgements by bankruptcy?

Possibly. It depends on whether or not there is a fraud allegation associated with the underlying loan documentation. Also, you should consider some alternatives to the foreclosure process, such as a short sale.

Additionally, it is best to speak with an attorney regarding all of your particular circumstances in order to review all your options, including things you could do in advance of bankruptcy, assuming that might be the best course of action.
