Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Foreclosure in TX

I'm originally from CA. I bought a home in TX. The house has been in the market for 7 months now and haven't been able to sell. I wanted to just walk away, but didn't know if they can go after my other assets (other homes, garnish wages, etc).
