Which form to use for dual ownership

I transferred three lots to my wife on a special warranty deed ten years ago. Now, we both want equal ownership of these three lots. Which form do we need to use, please?

She needs to convey an undivided 1/2 interest to you. You would use either a special or general warranty deed.
