Foundation problems in a purchased home

I purchased a home 6 months ago and just found out I have foundation pblms to the tune of approx $10,000 t5o $12,000. Inspector provided by the Realtor reported the foundation was ok. Prior owners reported no pblms. I was going to do some remodeling and an Engineer identified the foundation pblms. Do I have any legal remedies.

Only if you can prove that the seller failed to disclose a known defect.
