Fraud with tenants
What letter type should you use when you discover that one of the tenants committed fraud and used another person's name.

Re: Fraud with tenants
If you want to evict them, give them a 3-day notice. You can then sue for damages in small claims court. If not, ask them to provide correct information and sign a new lease.
