fraudulent real estate contract
selling real estate owner finance got contract signed notarized and copy given to seller, then stolen from seller and changed and put back. obvious cut and paste to attempt to show amount financed already paid. what recourse is available? the notary used a seal press on page 1 that said tax assessor and collector on it and not notary or a gold seal applied.the words typed on page 1 of copy say document true and notary signs it. her signature on this is the only original work on document. she did not take names of people to a notary book or anything. on the last page of doc she used her ink stamp and that was all.

Have you made a deed? If not, the property is still in your name. A lawsuit to prove non-payment is in order.

I can't really tell from the blurb what is going on. You should probably visit with a lawyer and bring the documents with you.
