Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I have a girl friend who we were goin to get an apartment together, everything for the apt. was in my name. She gave me money for the deposit and a few other things. Since we have broken up and now she is threatning to go to her lawyer and sue me for the money even thou I have offered to pay her in payments. Does she have a case?

Ignore her, and ignore her threats. She isn't going to sue you, and she doesn't have a lawsuit. And don't pay her any money. Stop talking to her, and find a new girlfriend.
