Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I want to give my ownership part of the property to my mom. Both of us are co-owner but I have bought a new house went her to have 100% of this house so her perperty tax are reduced. Should I use quite claim deed or general warranty deed.

I would use either a gift deed or a general warranty deed, rather than a quit claim deed. However, a quit claim deed in favor of your mother will convey whatever rights you may have in the property to her.
Good luck!

Quit claim deeds are not recognized in Texas as providing an insurable interest, so please use a General Warranty Deed.
