Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

my grand father has my 85 camera in storage. the car was a gift to me from my father who still has the title and refuses to give to my grand father who wants to sell the car to get back the money he willingly put into it. when i told him today i wasn't going to sell the car he threatened to have it towed to a junk yard. what are my rights for keeping the car? does my grandfather have the right to tow i to the junk yard without the title or owner given consent just because he did a little a work on it, "again without owners consent"? does the fact that he has had it in storage for two years give him any rights to the car?

The car isn't yours unless it is titled in your name or unless you have some other evidence of ownership. Who is the car registered to? Start there.
