Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Grandfather dies with no will

My grandfather died some time ago(1970). He had 5 kids. All are dead except for one daughter. My brother, his grandson, paid taxes on property. He gave it to our church who paid taxes for couple of years and then they gave back. Is there any way to get completely in brothers name? Not a big piece of property or worth much. What is best and cheapest way?

Some affidavit of heirships need to be filed of record, then all heirs can deed their undivided interests into brother. An attorney or title company could halep you with this.
