Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My grandfather and grandmother owned a piece of property at the time of my grandfathers death. He did not have a will. He had children by a previous marriage and children with his current wife. After his death was My grandmother sole owner of the property.

Typically, the answer is "no" grandmother doesn't own the property by herself. She likely owns her community 1/2, with the children owning the other 1/2. If the property was owned as a joint tenancy with survivorship rights, or if grandfather executed a ladybird deed prior to death, then that's a different story.
