my grandmother passed away in 2003 she left behind a house with no will now taxes are owed like 17000 she has two living kids and one that just passed away she has three daughters who will i have to get to sign AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP from my uncle mom and three cousin or just my uncle and mom ... I wish to pay off taxes but want title under my name thank you

You guys need to agree amongst yourselves about who is going to get title tot the house and who is going to pay the taxes. By law, the children of the deceased own the house (subject to the taxes) and the grandchildren of the deceased child own their parent's share. Figure out who wants what and then get a probate lawyer involved.
