Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Our great grandparents owned some land that has now passed on the us. In 1961 our grandparents had to go to court over a dispute of ownership of this land. The matter was settled in court in our favor, but in reading some of the legal papers we found a statement which reads 'An order to dismiss, the court after having reviewed there have been no activity for many years, it is ordered and decreed that cause is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution pursuant to Texas rule of civil procedure and the inherent power of the court.' So my question is, what exactly does this mean, and would this be directed at us or the other party.
