Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My HOA for has completely disloved. The so called Board of Directors is still asking for dues ($138.00) monthly. I have lived here 9 years and no matter how many work request Iput in , I have My HOA for has completely disolved. The so called Board of Directors is still asking for dues ($138.00) monthly. I have lived here 9 years and no matter how many work request I put in , I have never had any work done. I have had to pay for my leaks. My gutters have fallen and I have no grass. I have to trim my own hedges & get the debris off of my roof. My only income is Social Security and I don't get enough to cover all that it is costing to live here. I can't afford to live anywhere else. The former director took most of the money and ran. The health department has condemed the area I'm threaten with forclosure. What can I do?

You should talk to legal aid and present all information. If you are indigent, you may be able to obtain free legal help. It is possible you can be foreclosed on, so act quickly.
