Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I am having a home built. We agreed on everything. But some how the contract I signed isn't the same. The entire house was suppose to be brick and it is not brick in the back. Also my kitchen is smaller than it should have been. I signed the contract without reading it but he said it was everything we discussed. Do I have any legal ground to get out of my contract? Thanks, Steve

This is why it is important to read everything, or if you don't understand what you are signing to have an attorney go over it with you. What is in writing will superscede anything previously discussed. Sorry.
