Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

We have a home which was deeded to my father, mother's, and myself. My father passed several years ago and my mother just passed, can I dispose of the home as I please?

Not exactly. You left out some information. Did mom and dad have wills? If so, the wills would control their shares of the house. If they didn't have wills, then Texas intestacy laws would apply, and their heirs would each receive their shares of the house. Also, you need to clear mom and dad out of title before you did anything with it. My suggestion is that you find a lawyer with a free initial consult (most have this, including myself) or one who has a small initial consult fee and bring in all your documents (death certificates, wills, family tree, etc.) so you can find out exactly what you need to do.
