Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
If my home is foreclosed by the mortgage holder, do I have to pay the past due property taxes? Also, if I have a property tax loan will that be paid off by the mortgage company of am I still liable for that as well? State is Texas.

fight foreclosures..but liability for taxes falls on the mortgage company but for loans u made to pay taxes remain your liability.probably..but fight the foreclosure
