Are you entitled to a refund for prorated rent,in addition to the security deposit after a home lease expires. (I was not living in the home during the time rent was paid). Also, when should landlord return deposit after 30day notice gave? Should I expect landlord to withhold money for home cleaning (floor,windows,etc).
