Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My home is currently listed with a broker at one franchise and he has purchase a branch of another franchise and has sent me an amendent to sign with the new company (same broker) that he purchased on it. i don't want that company to list my home. If I refuse it sign the amendment does it nullify my old listing agreement? I currently displeased with the current company and I don't think they will be truthful and tell me whether or not I have to sign. i looked at the list agreement and it doesn't address an amendment.

You can cancel the listing at any time. You will need to do it in writing.
