Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
currently i own a home im behind 1 month.. when we signed the deed a form was included " deed of lieu:" it has our signatures and no one elses.. the mortgage company is taking me to cour t for eviction and they are not licensed by safe what can u advice in this matter?

If you issued a deed in lieu of foreclosure, then you gave the house back to the mortgage company. Most people do this in exchange for time to move out, and a promise not to destroy the house upon leaving. You may wish to contact the attorney and negotiate a move out date.
