Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My home is owner financed and this months payment is due. There are late fees from the past 4 years due. She is calling like crazy and left voice mail today that she's accelerating the note and meeting with her attorney today. I've invested over $10,000 in this home and went through a divorce, job layoff and I've been up keeping the home. I told her I could pay on the 31st due to unexpected travel for and it takes 30 days to be reimbursed my expenses from my employer. What can I do to stop the harassing phone calls and save my home?
