home owner's insurance coverage

the old republic title company says im not covered for pool repairs because of it's pre-existing but faulty repairs made to it that i was unaware of....is there any way i can still be covered or dispute this matter?

Title insurance doesn't cover pool repairs. Your recourse is against the seller.
