Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I have a second home that my son and wife live in. He wants her out (so do I) but how? No rent has ever been paid nor was there any lease or agreement. Legally how to we get her out???

The quickest and easiest way is to evict them both. Once they're out, he should file for divorce and move back into the house.
