Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
Had a house fire. Insurance had me get contrator, which started demolision and ordered a dumpster.Dumpster/ truck made large hole with lots of cracks on driveway during delivery of dumpster. Insurance doesn't cover driveway damage, contractor say it's not his fault. Who should pay for repairs? Should the age of driveway and year long drought have been considered?

"Contractor says it's not his fault." Well of COURSE he says it's not his fault.
What is his fault or not his fault should be determined by a jury. Sue him. Sue him today. You'll probably need to check the assumed name records to find out who's the owner of the company.
