Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

we have a house on our land but in my fathers name. in foreclosure they are already talking about crazy fees and just being nasty. what is my right as a land owner as far as storage fees or something along those lines

If you were to file a lien on the home, it would be wiped out by the foreclosure. I had the same thing happen to me with a mobile home belonging to my neice. I let it foreclose, then bought it from the company for about half of the loan balance which was really its true worth. Might be worrth a shot. Remeber these are collection people and are often not reasonable.
