House of Rent
I have a house of Rent but the people rent the house they dont pay, the contrac was expited on Oct 2008 I dont want to give other contract because they never pay on time and never payme the late fee. they don pay rent this january and he say he go aout on dicember 31 but Iam and other city (houston and the house is in Laredo Tx)
