house in someones else name
I have a house which 70% of the money invested into it is mine and I pay the mortgage monthly but it is in his name. When we split up how do I keep the house? What happens to me if I dont pay the payments, can he evict me without the courts involved?

you need to find a local attorney and discuss this. you should have some documentation to protect your interest in the house. without it, you run the risk of being treated as a rentor
