Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
house in trust
Both of my parents are deceased. Dad was the last one. The trust says to sell everything and split the money. Sibling will not leave the house so I can get a realtor out to set the price. She has filed a temp. restraining order on me so I can not do this. She refuses along with her 40 year old son to vacate the house. I am the trustee of the house. How do I get them out? She wants her son to buy the house for less than appraisal value. I do not want to sell it for that. She is taking me to court soon. The house is fully paid for and is worth a lot more than even the appraisal value. Help

Re: house in trust
Hire an attorney and go to court. You will probably win if what you say is correct.
