Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My husband was awarded his house in the divorce and ordered to pay 20k. He has paid this and received a release from her and her attorney. We tried to get her to sign a special warranty deed to get her name off of the deed but she refuses and says she will try to get the house when my husband dies. What can we do to get her off the deed. We live in Texas.
