Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Ex husband listed property to sell without consent from me

my divorce was final this summer...ex is living in the house that we both own...divorce papers did not specify who got the property...i couldn't afford to live there alone and my children wanted to stay at the house, and he couldn't afford to pay me my part of the equity, so we didn't sell it, i moved out and my ex lives there now with the kids...now he has put the house up for sale and i was not contacted about listing the property...is it legal for him to sell it without my knowledge? i feel that i should receive half of the net profits after the sale since the property is still in my name also...is there anyway that he could go around me and not involve me in this sale and not pay me for my portion of the equity? also, can he list the property without me?...both of our names are on the deed...thank you

If the divorce papers did not award the house to anyone, you both still own it. No contract (listing or sales) would be valid without your signature.
