Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My husband was willed 25% of a home. His other 3 brothers also was willed 25% of the home. 2 of the brothers signed their 25% to one brother giving him 75%ownership of the home and my husband the other 25%. If he dies what will happen to his 75% if there he has no will?

If he has no will, then the property will pass via intestacy. This property is separate property, because it was received by inheritance. You should have your husband execute a will.
