Possible Illegal House Purchase
Me and my wife have 4 houses between us and I think the investor that approached us did some illegal things to get those house in our name. Niether me nor my wife have ever signed a loan contract or have a title/deed to any of the properties. Now the mortagage companies are getting on us cause we can't make payments with the investor backing out we won't be able to make payments. without us signing any contracts or paperwork does this allow us to void the loans and the bank take the house without us getting negative feedback on our credit?

You may be a victim if identity theft and/or loan fraud. You should contact an attorney in the county where the properties are located. You need professional help on this one.
