Incorporate or trust for family land
My mothers family owns acreage and it is under a partnership which 2 family memebers refuse to sign or agree to obeying the rules. they are bringing foster children on the property about 23 children per 2 adults. they are trashing the place and leaving mobile homes on the property. we own shares so the property is not divided up. the partnership agreementstates that we not do that. what can we do?

You can do a couple of things. You can get a restraining order from the court to prevent further damage to the property. If you want to sell the property, you can file a partition lawsuit and have the court appoint a receiver to sell the property and distribute the proceeds accordingly.
